Not what you expected?

If it’s not what you expected or you ordered the wrong item, please notify us within 7 working days of delivery and you can send it back to us and receive a full refund. The sender pays delivery back to us. We strongly recommend that you send it by tracked delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit. The goods must be returned to us in an unused condition within 14 working days.

Damaged or faulty items?

If the order that you receive from us is in anyway faulty, please notify us within 7 working days of delivery. Twisternet will arrange and pay for the item to be sent back to us and will refund or replace your order. Please keep all packaging and equipment together. Customer must contact us for a return authorisation number. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

We made a mistake?

If we got something wrong in processing your order, please let us know within 7 working days of receiving the package and we will resolve the problem for you.
Twisternet’s Refund and Return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
